Maintenance and Support
We judge our success on the long-term viability and applicability of our solutions. Given this, maintenance and ongoing support is an important part of our service model. In an industry where many players are known to sell a solution and then disappear, we are committed to a long-term partnership with our clients.
Locally based technicians and engineers allow us to be reactive and hands-on in addressing any maintenance and support issues. We are authorized to provide Tier One and Tier Two level support on almost all of our solutions locally, which means less down-time and quicker resolution for our customers.
In addition to our human capacity, we maintain a local repair center to address physical hardware failures. We maintain a local stock of spare parts, and, in the case of large projects, we always maintain a reasonable number of replacement units on hand.
